Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk-ins are welcome during our opening hours. You can also call or message us on WhatsApp before visiting.
Will you need my device passcode?
We only ask for your passcode when it is necessary for testing. You unlock the device yourself during the tests.
Can you repair my device the same day?
Yes—repairs are completed the same day when the required parts are in stock. If a part must be ordered, the repair will take longer. Contact us with your model and the problem so we can confirm availability.
Is the diagnosis really free?
Yes. WEGOWEFIX provides a free diagnosis so you can find out what is wrong with your device.
What does the one-year warranty cover?
It covers defects in the replacement part and workmanship related to our repair. It does not cover new physical damage, drops, cracks, liquid damage or misuse.
My phone or console won’t turn on. Can you check it?
Yes. We diagnose phones and consoles that do not power on and perform board-level repairs and microsoldering in our own workshop. The diagnosis determines the cause and whether repair is possible.
How much will my repair cost?
The price depends on your device model, the fault and the parts needed. Diagnosis is free, and we explain the repair price before work begins.

Yes. We repair phones across brands, tablets, MacBooks and game consoles. Console services include HDMI, no-signal and power faults, with board-level work carried out in-house.
